Dark skin and blond hair:Red, Gold, and a shimmery silver does wonders for you and hot pink is just awesome! Please avoid yellow because it might clash with your hair.
Dark skin and brunnette hair: Red is also great on you, green too, hot pink, silver, gold, just avoid black because it dose'nt make you stand out.
Dark skin and red hair:Dark purple looks great on you,hot pink too, bright blue makes you look amazing and sea-greens are great too. Please do not wear red though as it might clash with your hair.

Tan skin and blond hair:Lilac, light green, neon pink, hot pink, turqoise are beautiful on you!
