Around the world#2

Dramatic eyes have always been a favourite in Russia. It is very necessary, considering the cold winters that surround it. Their amazingly beautifully made up eyes spice up the cold winters. Instead of sticking to the old favourite, black mascara, the Russians have gone blue. They have in fact, gone electric blue. The look is awesome and is one of my favourite trends this year.
